What a great place! We went as a family of 7 with a teen and two little kids for late lunch. We were welcome by an amazing smell from the parking lot and already knew it was going to be a great experience. We had half-racks and different sides, a chicken thigh/leg and kids’ menus. Everybody was super happy with their food. The ribs were super generous and delicious. The fries were piping hot and crispy. Mashed potatoes were on point. Collard greens were yummy and spicy. The bill with alcoholic drink was incredibly reasonable with an average of $16 pp. It was a huge success all around. The server was prompt, attentive and came running after us when we forgot my son’s iPad. We definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great meat!

We were about to head home and decided to Google “barbecue near me.” The first place that popped up was Grumpy’s Bar-B-Que Roadhouse, and we’re so glad it did! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a true hometown atmosphere surrounded by family, friends, and loyal customers. Our server, Jessica, was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a Caesar salad, ribs, burnt ends, chicken fingers and fries, a fresh quesadilla, and their three-meat slider trio featuring brisket, pulled pork, and pulled chicken. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. If you’re looking for great barbecue, generous portions, and a welcoming local atmosphere, Grumpy’s Bar-B-Que Roadhouse is definitely worth the stop. We highly recommend checking them out!

Stopped here for the first time today. Their pork and chicken were especially super yummy. I also got their Brussel sprouts and they were honestly the best i’ve ever had! I’d love to come back again if i’m in the area! Definitely recommend the sliders.

Quite the extensive overall menu for a BBQ place (although sad there was no macaroni and cheese!!). The meat definitely tasted fresh and we went on a Monday. The sauces for everything including the ranch and suicide sauce for the wings is all homemade. The setting is really cool in an old house and had a very country feel to it. The Brussel sprouts had unique seasoning that wasnt spicy, the coleslaw was crisp, and the garlic mashed potatoes had pieces of garlic blended in. I would definitely return for another meal.

Everything was delicious. The sandwiches had a lot of meat. The ribs were cooked very well, the chicken was juicy and fell off the bone easily. I will recommend Grumpy's Bar-B-Que Roadhouse to all my friends and family.
